Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this regulation, the immigration officer may refuse to issue visas or allow entry into Nepal to the following foreigners at the point of entry:-
(a) Passports and Visas Appearing Suspicious,
(b) Those who have been expelled or prohibited from entering Nepal for having acted contrary to the Act or this regulation. (c) has passed the period of residence in accordance with this regulation. (d) If the travel document of the foreigner coming to enter is suspicious.
